Aroview: Counter-culture oddity, a surreal 'rock western' worked up by the avant-garde improvisational troupe, The Firesign Theatre, so as to layer social satire and symbolism into an already groovey mix. The titular hero (John Rubenstein) and his pal Don Johnson ride off on the trail of musical outlaws Country Joe and the Fish, The James Gang and jazz drum-soloist Elvin Jones. Weirdly worthwhile.

4 stars (Very Good) Watchable purely for Don Johnson's riveting performance as the conflicted cowboy, illustrating his acting chops ,which would lead onto greater movie & TV roles (Miami Vice) ~Hans
