Deadly Companions, The

Aroview: Sam Peckinpah's debut film is a typically unorthodox western, that while uneven reveals the quirky characters and emotive nostalgia of his later masterpieces. Prostitute Maureen O'Hara carts the body of her son across Apache territory, helped by his (unintentional) killer and two seedy associates, who all have scores of their own to settle.
