Hey, I'm a sucker for a good love story as much as the next guy, but here the affirmation of humanity is delivered with such wrecking-ball ferocity, it made me want to 'do-a-Cage' and indeed take a leap from a tall building...

1 star (Turkey) Why mess with a Wim Wenders masterpiece? Even with the star power of Cage it's a completely over-the-top, horribly corny, Hollywood trainwreck. ~GenXGirl
1 star (Turkey) It's all eyes and long lingering glances and even then, there is zero chemistry between Cage and Ryan. He's just too wooden for me in a story with so much potential but ruined through hollywoodising. Kahuninja. ~Kahuninja
2 stars (Good Try) Hands up those who pushed Cage from the top of the building.It would have been interesting to see if this remake would have worked with someone else in the lead. ~Tubbs
