It's gleefully Kiwi made, (The Huntly Power Station is disguised as a drab potato chip factory in Idaho). And NAPOLEON DYNAMITE Director Hess mines a lot of joy from the silly little moments, if only he had found a fresh angle on the final epic CGI battle that is all too familiar.
