It's a skillfully-staged, loving homage to the cheap and dirty horror pictures of yore, with a bonus for Kiwi genre fans of having been shot in the Whanganui.

Mia Goth, Jenna Ortega and Brittany Snow provide a triple threat of female charisma, with ex-pat Kiwi Martin Henderson is entirely convincing as a ten-gallon hustler.
