Marriage Story
“At once funny, scalding, and stirring, built around two bravura performances of incredible sharpness and humanity, it’s the work of a major film artist, one who shows that he can capture life in all its emotional detail and complexity.”~Owen Gleiberman, Variety
Aroview: A brutal, funny and at times almost unbearably insightful depiction of the divorce of an upper class stage director and actress (played brilliantly by Adam Driver and Scarlett Johannsson), and all of the emotional and legal hurdles which ensue. From director Noah Baumbach (THE SQUID AND THE WHALE).

2 stars (Good Try) Wooden acting & predictable script, this Netflix rom-com is narcissistic & parochial. Covers no new ground nor offers any insights except maybe that marriage is stupid. Only Laura Dern's character says anything interesting, but with faux passion. ~Anon
