Aroview: A web television series phenomenon that pays hefty homage to the tropes and aesthetics of sci-fi adventure and horror film of the 1980s and the VHS era.

Set in 1983 in a small town where a rift has opened up an alternate dimension, an entity has escaped and abducted a boy, providing a mystery for the whole town to try to solve.

Drawing overtly on the work of Steven Spielberg, John Carpenter and Stephen King in particular, this will bring nostalgic fuzzies (or make a good drinking game) for Gen-X geeks or make a serious primer for millennials with a nose for retro-cool.
