Aro Recommended Room 237

USA 2012, 102 minutes
Dir. Rodney Ascher
Rating: [Exempt]
Genres: Documentary / Film History

Aroview: Though straining credulity from the outset, this wildly entertaining round table of film obsessives and conspiracy theorists tackles the apparent secrets coded into Stanley Kubrick's iconic horror movie, THE SHINING. Tinfoil hat stuff, for sure, but also a fascinating insight into the inherent mystery and allure of cinematic images and mythmaking.
