Bad Milo!

Aroview: A mild-mannered accountant with bowel problems discovers that a pint-sized demon has moved into his intestinal tract.

Though this leaves little to the imagination, if you can stomach a little scat-humour and graphic violence, it's a spot on homage to Frank Henenlotter and the creature-feature genre with plenty to satisfy both horror aficionados and indie comedy fans (it's produced by the Duplass brothers).
