Aroview: Remarkable, darkly comic story of 15-year-old Mike who takes a job at the local swimming baths and becomes obsessed with a beautiful attendant played by Jane Asher.
Criticized at the time for its "incongruous" ending, this has survived rather well through the decades as a provocative piece of British modernism, typified by a memorable extended sequence set in the downtown Soho scene to the hypnotic electro-groove of Krautrockers 'Can'.

		- 4 stars (Very Good) I am sure it will survive the test of time as a piece of social history. The only negative was the grating performance of Moulder-Brown.There is a 2010 Documentary "Starting Out" which is a retrospective and supplements the viewing of the film. ~Tubbs
