Aroview: Light but hearty food comedy from the dir. of THE EDGE OF HEAVEN, about a soulful Greek immigrant who sets about relaunching his failed restaurant with his criminal brother in bohemian Hamburg.

Cruises on a charismatic cast and soulful soundtrack, and is flavoured with the director's distinctive Turk-German ethnicity, though its crowd-pleasing levity ultimately devolves into a silliness that is just plain hard to swallow.
