Tales of the Riverbank

Aroview: Based on the classic UK tv series, this tells the story of Hammy Hamster, Roderick Rat and GP the Guinea Pig, who, in the wake of a big storm, embark on an adventure down the riverbank to find their lost holmes.

This delivers the usual family themes of friendship and teamwork with an added timely message about looking after the environment, though it relies on the talented voice actors to provide much of the charm. A nice break from the usual American CGI mega-hits, however.
