Dead Silence

Aroview: A more restrained offering from the creators of SAW, set amidst the creepy carnival milieu of a small town harboring the ghost of a slain ventriloquist.

Displaying a retro quality reminiscent of 40s Universal horror, this is more restrained than the famous bloodthirsty SAW movies, though a little too lazy and formulaic at times (ie. not as scary as one would hope). Nevertheless, horror buffs in this day and age could do a whole lot worse.
