Kidnapped (TV Mini Series)

Aroview: A stirring adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic adventure yarn, set around a young boy's entanglement with the Scottish Jacobite rebellion in the mid-18th century. Structured into three strong episodes, this makes some serious (but logical) revisions of the tale and the New Zealand locales provide an effectively bleak substitute for the Highland settings.
