Creep (2004)
Film starts with promise – good cast, setting and build up, but seems to lose its effect and footing somewhat as the hidden "creep" is exposed. Still a basically enjoyable horror, but not outstanding.
Land of the Dead (2005)
An action pumped fighting horror, rather than the quiet eerie/creepy type. Has an interesting twist with a leading zombie who is not quite brain dead! Speed may not be on the zombies side, but he is! The living get more than they bargained for
Night of the Living Dead (1968)
Re–watchable horror that is surprisingly enjoyable and effective. Eerie, serious, intense. The threatening dangers do not appear to be limited to the zombies, but what about the building tension between the survivors?!
