ShippingShippingFor most New Zealand addresses, you can receive orders the next business day. Orders for weekend-viewing must be placed by midday Thursday.
We customarily dispatch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Friday dispatch is only available in urgent circumstances.
Please allow an extra day if you live at a rural or RD address. Orders for weekend viewing must be placed by midday Wednesday.
Have films delivered to your downtown office on the day of ordering. Orders just need to be received before 12pm (noon).
Note: Courier services for home delivery operate Monday—Friday only, however Saturday delivery is available in most areas for a $5 surcharge.

For Same-day delivery (Wellington CBD only) add a $3 surcharge to the standard courier options. Orders must be received before 12pm.
Note: Films are subject to availability. We will endeavour to notify you if we are unable to supply the item by the date you have specified.
DVD and video items held in stock and ordered before 12pm are dispatched the same day for overnight delivery. Most other items are dispatched within 2-5 working days. There are some exclusive sale items that may take up to 3 weeks delivery. Customers are notified by e-mail on the day that items are dispatched.
Items are dispatched by ‘Courier Post’, with the exception of single DVD sale items, which are customarily delivered by New Zealand Post (unless the courier option is chosen). From time to time, we also use ‘Post Haste’ Couriers as a secondary service provider.
DVD and video items are dispatched by ‘Air Mail’ using the New Zealand Postal Service. Expect delivery within 7–14 working days from the placement date of your order. We will notify you in the event of a likely delay.
