Eight Legged Freaks

Aroview: Every decade produces at least one eight-legged monster movie, and this one for the CGI generation comes courtesy of Kiwi ‘bug specialist’ Ellory Elkayem.

In-jokes notwithstanding, this doesn’t mess with the formula: toxic waste + bugs + small town = wildly hokey fun, but then it doesn’t add much to it either, and ultimately the eight legs aren’t enough to carry it the distance.
