Dir. Charles Walters
Rating: [G]
Genres: Classics / Musical

Aroview: This technicolor musical was Judy Garland's final film for MGM as she struggled with many personal problems during filming. Garland plays a farm owner who reluctantly allows her sister's theatre troupe to rehearse in her barn, but her mind (and heart) is soon won over.

The film's most famous scene is the now legendary final song-and-dance number "Get Happy" performed by Garland in a tuxedo jacket, black fedora and nylons.
