Lambada

Aroview: A "dance-ploitation" drama produced by the gloriously low-brow Cannon Films to cash in on the suggestive South American Lambada dance craze of the late 1980's, and the box-office success of DIRTY DANCING. Choreographed by Adolfo "Shabba-doo" Quinones, who also stars.

Released simultaneously with rival film "The Forbidden Dance", though this one was apparently "the better of the two".
