Aroview: Ben Affleck's love letter to film noir set in Prohibition-era Boston where the flow of booze is controlled by an underground network of gangster-run speakeasies.

Affleck casts himself as the son of a law-enforcement officer who has rejected his strictly moral upbringing for the spoils of being an outlaw, but soon runs afoul of a powerful mob boss. Affleck also penned the script himself, adapting the novel by Dennis Lehane.
