Butterfly, The

Aroview: Gentle family drama concerns the relationship between a gruff old man and his eight year old neighbour. Setting out one day in search of an elusive butterfly the old man finds himself in the company of the child much to his chagrin.

Sweet without being sentimental this quietly reflective drama does a good line in homespun wisdom and gentle philosophy and the relationship between the two characters is well drawn. Recommended family viewing.
