Doctor Detroit

Aroview: Under-the-radar 80's comedy sees Aykroyd play a mild-mannered professor of literature who accidentally gets involved with four high class prostitutes and inadvertantly becomes their pimp's business partner, the fictional 'Doctor Detroit'.

Aykroyd plays both Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde personalities with great gusto, having a terrific time chewing up the scenery as the Doctor only to pull it all back to ridiculous extremes as the conservative professor. Funky soundtrack by James Brown.
