Aroview: Set in the environs of the fictional "Montecito Resort and Casino" of the Nevada gambling town, this escapist drama revolves chiefly around ex-CIA agent casino boss Caan and his put-upon assistant Duhamel, coping with the mundane and unlikely daily incidents of the casino.

Succeeding through its host of likeably flawed characters, odd plot moves and some tantilising hints of past misdeeds, the makers manage to play the post-CSI game with glitzy ease and even originality.

Season 1 (23 episodes) over six discs.
